Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to develop new business, support existing customers, and move sales opportunities from initial inquiry through quote and order.

This role involves outbound prospecting, responding to inbound leads, preparing and following up on quotes, managing opportunities in CRM, and building customer relationships. Youll work with Access Control, Identification, Camera, and Visitor Management solutions while collaborating with outside sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities through outbound calls, personalized email outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and consistent prospecting.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, budgets, timelines, and potential solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, communicate pricing and lead times, and maintain clear next steps throughout the sales process.
• Develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and additional solutions.
• Conduct or coordinate product demonstrations, technical consultations, and site visits when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer, activity, pipeline, and follow-up information in CRM.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and internal teams to advance opportunities and support long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Previous inside sales, B2B sales, account management, customer service, or related revenue-facing experience.
• Strong prospecting and communication skills with confidence speaking with business decision-makers.
• Ability to ask effective discovery questions, handle objections, and recommend appropriate next steps.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft 365, email, spreadsheets, phone, and virtual presentation tools.
• Interest in learning technology-based security and identification solutions; related industry experience is beneficial but not required
