With a focus on seasonality, precision, and thoughtful hospitality, Hiroki offers a refined dining journey that blends artistry, ceremony, and warmth.Dishwasher Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Candidates must have PM availability for Wed - Sat nightsOperate and maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper functioning and cleanlinessSort, rinse, and load dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment into the dishwasher, following established procedures and guidelinesMonitor and maintain dishwashing supplies, including detergents and rinse agents, promptly notifying the supervisor or manager when supplies need replenishmentEnsure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated areasMaintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and storage areas, including regular cleaning of the dishwashing machine, sinks, and work surfacesAdhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environmentSupport the kitchen team by assisting with various tasks, such as receiving and storing deliveries, restocking supplies, and assisting in general kitchen cleanlinessStrong, upbeat and positive personalityCommitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detailPassion for food, beverage and hospitalityAbility to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environmentTeam and family-oriented mentalityDependabilityAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and carry items when needed with a maximum weight of 50lbsJob Types: Full-time Method Products
