Partnerships - Title Distribution & Promotion

Role Overview The Partnerships role within Title Distribution and Promotion is responsible for identifying and communicating product experience changes that materially impact title/slate experiences and/or partner expectations. The role works closely with Product Merchandising, Performance, Communications, Regional Lead Merchandisers, and Product Marketing to translate complex insights into accessible information for external partners. Responsibilities Identify product experience changes (algorithmic, design, or merchandising driven) that materially impact title/slate experiences and/or expectations. Drive the quantitative insights that best capture the scale and scope of impact to our partners; identify the questions to answer and work with Performance lead where that information is missing. Create the central source documentation that outlines these changes and impacts in partner-appropriate terms. Deliver communication guidance, in partnership with our Communications team, for discussing product changes with external partners. Partner with Regional Lead Merchandisers to understand nuanced curiosities and concerns around particular product experiences or features, and help program discussion or educational sessions as needed. Ensure documentation is easily accessible to Product Merchandising globally, scaling that information to ICs who will represent it in their daily work with cross‑functional title partners. Partner with Product Marketing to coordinate cascades to global marketing teams as needed. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Merchandising, Partnerships or Product Marketing roles at a large‑scale company (preferably in tech and/or entertainment). Highly motivated self‑starter with the ability to work independently and drive alignment amid ambiguity. Superior written (memos and presentations) and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of translating complexity into accessible information. Understanding of entertainment business fundamentals and consumer behaviors. Experience in streaming is a plus. Output‑oriented; delivers in a timely manner and focuses on work products rather than concepts or theoreticals. Strategic, big‑picture thinker with a strong partner‑focused mindset and empathy. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders of various backgrounds and effectively synthesize inputs and context into concrete recommendations and next steps. Bachelor’s degree required. Compensation Annual salary range: $340,000 – $490,000. Netflix provides full compensation and an optional split between salary and stock options, based on market indicators and individual qualifications. Bonuses are not part of the compensation structure.
