OSM Construction Lead - Offsite, Multi-Subcontractor Ops

Hoffman Construction seeks an OSM Construction Manager to lead offsite manufacturing projects on and off the jobsite in Childress, TX. You will supervise Lead and Field Superintendents, engineers, and QA/QC staff, aligning cost, schedule, safety, and quality across complex scopes. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll own scope decisions, coordinate with clients and design teams, and actively manage submittals, budgets, and staffing for successful project delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hoffman Construction Company
