Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with invoices, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordination with the team’s project manager, financial control personnel, administrative personnel, subcontractors and clients.
• Facilitate planning meetings.
• Communicate progress updates through reports.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project contractual obligations, managing costs, billing rates, and identifying variances.
• Maintain organized project documentation, track progress, and manage changes.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
• Provide regular updates on project status, cost, and vendors.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure project requirements meet the established standards.
• Utilize project management and control software such as Microsoft Excel to streamline processes and data analysis, and MS products.

 

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience
• Excellent skills in Excel, Word and any accounting software
• Able to manage resources, budgets, invoices, forecast, work plans, priorities, and project management tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills/strong leadership and time management skills.
• Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Curiosity and interest in continuous learning in AI and comfort experimenting and iterating quickly; uses data to validate ideas and measure impact.
• Commitment to ethical and responsible AI adoption, including privacy-by-design and safe use of tools.
