Your responsibilities will include:Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulationAssisting with medication management and wound careMonitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare teamMaintaining accurate records of patient care and services providedCollaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care• High School diploma or equivalent required• 1 year of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide or related field• Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or willingness to obtain• Ability to work evenings, including weekends and holidays as needed• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Compassionate and patient-centric approach to care• Part-time and full-time positions available• Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities$18 to $20 hourlyOpportunities for professional growth and advancementA supportive and collaborative work environment
