This role is ideal for high-performing sales professionals with proven success selling Type A (Life Care) Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) contracts who thrive in a relationship-driven, consultative sales environment./ppThese opportunities are located in gorgeous coastal Palm Beach County, Florida, offering an exceptional lifestyle alongside a rewarding career./ppRelocation assistance is available for the right candidate./ppSales Consultant - MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS (Non-Negotiable)/pulliMinimum 2 years of successful direct sales experience selling Type A contracts within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with Life Care / Entry-Fee model/liliStrong CRM experience/liliStable work history/liliMust be able to successfully pass a background check, including a MVR check and the Florida fingerprinting process (ACHA)/li/ulpKey Responsibilities/pulliProactively generate, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of qualified leads and referrals/liliBuild trusted relationships with prospective residents and their families/liliDeliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate financial and lifestyle benefits/liliGuide prospects through complex decision-making with empathy and expertise/liliConsistently close sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals/liliPartner with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional customer experience/li/ulpCompensation Benefits/pulliBase Salary Range: $70k-$90k DOE/liliExtremely lucrative Commissions $30k-$200k+, on Target Commission $70k, Total Compensation $130k+/liliFlexible work week sales opportunities occur daily; you manage your schedule/liliExcellent medical, dental, and vision coverage - Starting Day 1/liliGenerous PTO and retirement plan with company match/liliTuition reimbursement and strong internal career growth opportunities/li/ulp***ISC would gladly pay a $500 referral fee for any names that result in a placement./p/div
