As we wrap up our fourth year as an agency, I'm proud to lead a team of six dedicated individuals, each bringing unique skills and a willingness to learn and help others. I started as a team member and my goal is to support those on my team who aspire to one day open their own agency, just as I was supported. Our non-toxic, supportive culture prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and creating a positive workplace where people actually enjoy coming to work. Together, we help customers find peace of mind in life's uncertainties and give back through projects like Habitat for Humanity and mission trips. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
