Manufacturing Tank Assembly Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

This position involves assembling and plumbing tanks, welding, forklift operation, and working with hand tools and blueprints in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient with a tape measure, comfortable working with fractions and decimals, and able to successfully pass a tape measure and basic math assessment.

• Operate hand tools to plumb tanks for installation
• Weld steel and stainless steel components
• Assemble plumbing within fiberglass basins
• Assemble Steel Guide Rails (SGRs) 
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and work instructions

Manufacturing Tank Assembly Technician Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a tape measure and math test
• Strong ability to read a tape measure and work with fractions
• Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to read basic blueprints and technical documents
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical ability
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a manufacturing setting
