Active Directory Administrator (m/f/d)

Tasks Administration, operation, and further development of a global Active Directory infrastructure across multiple locations and domains Management of hybrid identity environments using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, including synchronization Management of GPOs, OUs, and user, group, and service accounts Ensuring the stable operation of services such as DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Kerberos, and certificate services Analyzing and resolving 2nd- and 3rd-level incidents in the AD and identity environment Supporting the implementation of security concepts such as least privilege, tiering, and PAM Planning and executing changes, migrations, and optimizations Monitoring and troubleshooting AD replication and availability Automating administrative tasks using PowerShell Creating and maintaining technical documentation Collaborating with international IT, security, and cloud teams Profile Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training Several years of experience in Active Directory administration Very good knowledge of AD Domain Services, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Kerberos, and permissions Experience with hybrid Microsoft environments (Entra ID, Microsoft 365, synchronization) Proficiency with PowerShell Understanding of identity and security concepts (e.g., privileged access) Experience in incident and change management (ideally ITIL) Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work Good command of German and English Ability to work well in a team and enthusiasm for international collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr Loh Services
