Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Goshen Medical Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments of couples and families, addressing a range of issues that may impact their relationships and mental well-being. \n
- Providing individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to guide treatment. \n
- Specializing in various clinical areas, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce. \n
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each family's unique needs. \n
- Maintaining accurate records and progress notes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. \n
- Participating in team meetings and continuous education initiatives to ensure high-quality clinical practices. \n
You will primarily work with adults, children, adolescents, and families facing a myriad of challenges, including but not limited to relationship conflicts, coping with job stress, managing medical issues, and navigating blended family dynamics. Your role is to help clients develop effective communication strategies and coping mechanisms to improve their overall mental health.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license. \n
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience with:

- Treating diverse populations and a range of behavioral health issues. \n
- Utilizing teletherapy platforms and adapting treatment approaches for remote sessions. \n
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. \n
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
