Job Title: Stand Up Forklift Operator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced team. This role involves critical tasks such as unloading and loading kegs, locating and moving materials, and maintaining warehouse organization.

• Assist in unloading and loading of kegs (new and used) when trucks arrive.
• Utilize stand-up forklifts effectively and safely.
• Use RF Scanner and possess knowledge of WMS/SAP systems.
• Receive bin numbers and locate beer pallets in refrigerated areas.
• Load and unload shipping trucks efficiently.
• Prepare packages for shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse during downtime.

• Experience with stand-up forklifts.
• Proficiency in using RF Scanners.
• Knowledge of WMS/SAP systems.
• 2 years of warehouse experience.

• Previous food and beverage industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift cases up to 35lbs and maneuver kegs up to 170lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old to work onsite.

Work in a climate-controlled environment with occasional necessity to enter refrigerated areas. Choose between 2nd shift (3-11 pm, Monday-Friday) or 3rd shift (11:30 pm-7 am, Sunday-Thursday) in Richmond, VA.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandston, VA.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
