Corporate AR/AP Specialist

Corporate AP Specialist LIVunLtd, a FirstService Brands company operating under The Amenity Collective, delivers design, advisory, equipment lifecycle, activation, and management solutions for fitness centers, amenity spaces, and recreational facilities across North America. The Corporate AR/AP Specialist, based out of our office in Owings Mills, Maryland, will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks across multiple business entities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional to manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, vendor relations, and weekly settlement runs. Accounts Payable & Vendor Communication Inbox Management: Manage AP email groups, serving as the first point of contact for all vendor inquiries and correspondence. Invoice Retrieval & Prep: Proactively retrieve invoices from vendor portals and email groups; prepare and organize documentation for entry by Blue Pineapple. Digital Filing: Load supplier invoices and receipts to Google Drive for Blue Pineapple processing. Vendor Relations: Research and resolve payment discrepancies and manage initial vendor setup/onboarding within Workday. Settlement Runs & Financial Cycles Weekly Settlements: Execute weekly settlement runs for four entities (including the printing and mailing of checks). Tax Compliance: Manage the annual 1099 generation and mailing process. External Team Coordination Workflow Oversight: Monitor and manage the daily workload for Blue Pineapple to ensure all supplier invoices are entered accurately and deadlines are met. Required Qualifications One to three years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word), Google (Sheets/Doc etc) Excellent written communication skills for managing high-volume email aliases and vendor relations. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with Workday is a plus. Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Location & Schedule The Corporate AR/AP Specialist is a full-time exempt position with standard working hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST. The position is located out of our office in Owings Mills, Maryland. We offer a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
