Extended Job Title Licensed Mental Health Counselor Position Description Provides individual, family, and group counseling services to patients to address various mental health and wellness-related issues. Conducts assessments and helps patients to problem-solve areas of need. Helps to develop coping strategies and action-based goals and objectives for patients. May specialize in a particular area of counseling. Travel Required Up to 25% Pay Grade Maximum 24.04 Major/Essential Functions Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with collaborative care protocols. Oversee and mentor assigned mental health fellows through weekly supervision and case reviews. Maintain timely, complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Collaborate with primary care providers to develop and implement behavioral health care plans. Participate in case conferences, faculty development, and quality improvement activities. Contribute to curriculum development and fellow training sessions. Monitor and support fellow compliance with institutional and licensing board requirements. Grant Funded?
