Sales Executive, Client Sales (Mid-Market)

The Sales Executive, Client Mid-Market calls on and sells Paycor's products and services to existing mid and major market clients within a directly assigned territory. They are responsible for executing the entire sales process including lead generation, needs assessment, technical product demonstration, pricing, and deal submission. They are responsible for self-generating leads through prospecting, telemarketing, sales database management, and other lead sourcing activities. They are also responsible for following up on leads generated by Marketing initiatives and Client Services activities. The Sales Executive, Client Mid-Market is a self-starter who is responsible for achieving assigned monthly and annual sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls to current Paycor clients to assess the client's need for specific Paycor products and services.
• Demonstrate mastery of solution selling and negotiation skills.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations.
• Achieve or exceed agreed upon sales activity.
• Track calling activity, pipeline status and sales results in Salesforce as required.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal business partners, including: Sales leadership, Marketing, Sales Operations, other Sales channels, Clients Services, and Implementation.
• Consistently and accurately forecast current and future sales results.
• Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quotas.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a business-related field or commensurate experience. - Preferred
• 2-3+ years proven track record of related work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to close.
• Success managing a complex sales process (multiple stakeholders, competing requirements, etc.).
• Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and boardroom presence.
• Familiarity with Paycor's entire product suite and ability to effectively demonstrate Paycor's products strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, enthusiasm and strong work ethic.
• Effectively utilize provided sales enablement technology in the performance of one's work, including but not limited to: Salesforce and Gong.
