Production Operator Entry 1st Shift

This position reports to: Production Manager __ Key Responsibilities Entry-level assembly work involving manual tasks or use of light hand tools to create semi-finished or final products, systems, panels, and packaging integrated with production lines. Quality control responsibilities, including regular testing as part of a defined production process, with skill requirements based on product type and complexity. Compliance with health & safety guidelines, reporting any non-compliance while maintaining a safe work environment. Adherence to standard operating procedures, ensuring a clean workspace and efficient shop floor operations. Qualifications Educational requirement: High School diploma or GED. Key Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, and task management with minimal supervision. Personal attributes: Self-motivated, willing to develop skills, and an excellent team player with strong written and oral communication.
