Area Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary
The Area Customer Service Coordinator will support daily mail, print, records, and customer service operations across designated client locations within a 40 to 50 mile radius. This position offers a positive team environment, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to build long-term stability through a temp-to-hire path. Success in this role requires strong organization, reliable attendance, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work confidently in different office settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Process, sort, and deliver daily mail accurately and on schedule.
- Manage high-volume print jobs, copy requests, and related document production tasks.
- Perform routine equipment support, including changing toner and coordinating service calls as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Travel between assigned client locations to cover daily operations, vacations, and employee absences.
- Maintain organized records, work areas, and service standards in a professional office environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Decorah, IA.
Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Mileage and toll expenses are reimbursed for required travel between designated client locations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 12 months of related work experience.

Vehicle & License: Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and appropriate auto insurance required (mileage and toll expenses are reimbursed).
