Our customers include municipalities, site contractors, and material yards across the Midwest. As a Product Technician , you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our production, field installation, and demonstration programs—ensuring every project meets our standards for strength, speed, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Assist with fabrication, assembly, and testing of HDPE liners and components. Support field installations including site prep, liner measurement, fusion setup, and QA documentation. Set up, operate, and maintain butt fusion, electrofusion, and extrusion welding equipment. Conduct product demos and training sessions for contractors and distributors. Develop installation guides, QA checklists, and traceability records. Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve manufacturing efficiency and field performance. Maintain a safe, organized workspace; follow company safety and PPE procedures. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Associates Degree or equivalent; technical training in welding, fabrication, or construction is a plus. 2+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, construction, or field service Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools and fusion equipment. Ability to read technical drawings, take accurate measurements, and complete QA documentation. Comfortable working outdoors and in variable jobsite conditions (some travel required). Strong attention to detail; reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to lift 50+ lbs.
