Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Operations in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while using technology to document observations and support daily operations. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.85 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access-control procedures, and help to deter unauthorized entry. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting security-related activity in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least two years of security-related experience. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
