This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent service to tenants.Key Responsibilities:Welcome visitors to the management office and address their needs politely and efficiently.Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.Process invoices using Nexus, ensuring correct budget coding and timely payment.Track and correct work orders to bill tenants accurately.Prepare statements for miscellaneous charges and follow up with tenants on unpaid rent.Maintain files including tenant certificates of insurance and tenant contact info.Help resolve tenant service requests quickly and coordinate team responses.Report and document incidents that could lead to property or equipment damage.Coordinate maintenance services and manage vendor contracts.Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.Monitor and order office supplies and coordinate repairs of office equipment.Assist Property Manager, General Manager, and Chief Engineer with additional support tasks as needed.Qualifications:High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience supporting a Commercial Property Management TeamExperience in Microsoft Office, Excel, reception, work orders, certificates of insurance, tenant interaction, construction management, Angus, and AP/AR.Resourceful at identifying and working around obstacles and finding solutionsDemonstrated commitment to customer serviceExcellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.CP Group is an Equal Opportunity EmployerBenefits:Unlimited vacation, summer Fridays, and 9 company holidaysCompany-paid life and disability insuranceCompany-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary insurance including supplemental life insurance, pet insurance, critical illness, accident, hospital, legal, and cancer insurance.401(k) with company match
