Strategy and Planning Program Manager

Strategy and Planning Program Manager, a full-time position, will support the development and implementation of strategy and planning processes across the organization, focusing on global strategy development, resource allocation, and community integration. Key Responsibilities Support development of global strategy and planning systems and processes Implement complex, multi-departmental, cross-geographic strategy and planning projects Facilitate change management and capacity building across the organization Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required A minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, strategy and planning, or nonprofit administration Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Strong interest in animal protection issues preferred
