Overview

Experienced and reliable caregiver needed to assist an adult with personal care.. Skilled in providing compassionate support with hygiene, mobility, meal preparation and medication reminders while maintaining dignity, safety, and comfort. 

Duties

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Understand and follow a Plan of Care 
• Prepare meals tailored to individual needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment 
• Support with specialized care needs 

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, a dependable vehicle and clean driving record is required for this position.
• Prior experience in home health, long-term care, assisted living, or group home settings preferred
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful and dignified care
• No criminal history
