Sales Consultant – Leland's Barns & Sheds Location: [Location] Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday (No Sunday Sales) Flex hours to support traffic flow and flex day for personal scheduling. About the Opportunity Leland's Barns & Sheds is looking for a driven, professional Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a full-commission W-2 sales position designed for individuals who want control over their income. With a uncapped earning potential , your compensation is directly tied to your performance and activity. We provide the leads, tools, and training; you provide the discipline and ownership to convert those resources into satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to phone, web, and walk-in leads quickly and professionally. Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer needs and site requirements. Design custom buildings using our 3D configurator and provide accurate quotes. Manage a consistent sales pipeline within our CRM, ensuring disciplined follow-up. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial greeting through delivery coordination. What We’re Looking For A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. The physical ability to walk sales lots and lift approximately 30 lbs when needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with various personalities. Self-motivation and a "prospecting" mindset—you don't wait for the phone to ring. A clear understanding of and preference for commission-based, variable income.
