Assistant Softball Coach

This is a 10-month position as an assistant softball coach with additional responsibilities to be assigned depending on the successful candidate's skill set and experience. Recruitment of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes Budget management Practice and game preparation Strength & conditioning Marketing Alumni relations Equipment management Community service coordinating Event planning Travel logistics Film exchange and scouting Commitment to the student-athletes' academic progress and degree completion Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Previous coaching and teaching experience on the NCAA Division III collegiate level is preferred. The candidate should also possess good communication skills and strong leadership and mentoring abilities, supporting the vision and goals of the program. Offense, outfield specialties, and computer skills preferred. This position includes competitive benefits and a salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
