Shift Options

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Holiday & Weekend Rotation Required
• No On-Call

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $32.73 – $49.09/hour
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Potential Relocation Assistance
• Evening Differential: $5.00/hour
• Night Differential: $7.50/hour
• Weekend Differential: $7.50/hour
• Weekend Package Available with 50% Differential

Position Overview

Join a highly respected healthcare organization as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse. Opportunities are available on both Medical and Medical/Surgical units caring for diverse patient populations including post-surgical, cardiac, stroke, orthopedic, respiratory, and general medical patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality outcomes
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
• Active Iowa RN License or Compact License required
• BLS Certification required
• BSN required within 12 years of hire
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills required
