Job Duties Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and order modifications. Provide order status updates and shipment tracking information. Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Maintain accurate customer records and account information. Enter data into ERP, CRM, and internal systems. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, shipping, and production departments to ensure timely service. Prepare invoices, reports, and other administrative documents as needed. Assist with general office support and administrative tasks. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, or office support experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or warehouse environments. Experience with ERP or CRM systems. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Previous order entry or inside sales support experience. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. Frequent use of a telephone, keyboard, and office equipment. Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to move throughout the office as needed.
