What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and diagnose ocular conditions
• Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and medications as needed
• Manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma, dry eye, and cataracts
• Provide pre/post-operative evaluations and therapeutic procedures
• Educate patients on eye health and vision correction options
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient care
• Stay informed about advancements in optometry technology and treatments

What You Need

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Active Alabama State Optometry License
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Experience with primary and medical eye care preferred but not required
