Are you a driven Account Manager / CSR who wants to:

As a Commercial Account Manager you will serve clients in an existing book of small to middle market commercial insurance while having an opportunity to grow the book with account rounding.

Compensation and Benefits for this role include

• Annual salary based on experience plus potential for quarterly bonuses based on agency profitability
• Hybrid schedule - can work 100% in office if desired with some remote work a possibility

To be successful in this position, youll need to be:

• Licensed as a Property and Casualty insurance agent
• Experienced in Commercial insurance (minimum of 1 year required)
• Motivated by getting things done and checking off your To-Do list
• Great at helping customers over the phone, in emails or in person in a timely manner
• Comfortable with computers and software - knowing Applied Epic is a BIG plus, but not required

As an Account Manager at Highstreet/Ottawa Kent, youll be expected to:

• Retain current clients
• Share technical expertise about insurance - products, coverages, client needs, forms, and proposals. Exposure to both New and Renewal marketing.
• Complete day-to-day Commercial Lines Workflows - written confirmation of binding policies, certificates of insurance, endorsements and audits.
• Grow accounts by seeing account rounding and cross-selling opportunities (Business, Personal, Life, Benefits)
• Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance in both our agency management system and insurance carriers rating systems.
