Overview Physical Therapist, General – Corvallis, Oregon. This travel assignment starts 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks in a short-term acute care hospital setting. You will be scheduled for 40 hours per week with a shift pattern of four 10-hour daytime shifts. Weekly pay ranges from $2,330 to $2,469 per week. The role includes weekend daytime coverage as needed (7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.). This is a shared position supporting multiple care sites within the region. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,330–$2,469 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Four 10-hour daytime shifts, with weekend daytime coverage as required Start date: 08/31/2026 Setting: Short-term acute care hospital rehabilitation services Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting mobility and functional independence; develop and adjust individualized PT plans Implement evidence-based rehabilitation interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team and medical staff; participate in discharge planning and care coordination Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and communications with the care team Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, home programs, and follow-up needs; ensure patient safety and infection control Requirements Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license Healthcare Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Ability to travel to multiple points of care across the region Must be able to work in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting Availability for weekend daytime coverage as needed (7:30–18:00) Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Fast credentialing assistance Extension opportunities
