Tribute Eatery & Bar is a lively full-service restaurant and bar serving comfort food, craft cocktails, curated wines, and local beers. Compensation for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed nightly. Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts range from 4–8 hours depending on availability. Evening and weekend availability required, with select holiday availability as needed. Full-time Benefits: Available for all full-time employees who work on average 35 hours per week or more. Responsibilities: Welcome bar guests promptly and create a friendly, energetic atmosphere Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to company standards Maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings, menu items, and drink preparation Fulfill dining room beverage tickets accurately and efficiently Follow service standards to ensure consistent guest experiencesAnticipate guest needs and provide attentive hospitality throughout service Build positive guest interactions that reflect the 30hop brand and culture Keep the bar area clean, organized, stocked, and service ready at all times Complete opening, running, and closing sidework duties Process guest checks and payments accurately and professionally Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar tools, equipment, and glassware Support team members and restaurant operations as needed Perform additional duties assigned by leadership Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to remain professional and composed in a high volume environment Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask effectively during busy shifts Friendly, professional, and team oriented attitude Problem solving and guest service focused mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced hospitality environment Tribute Eatery & Bar is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
