Manager of RYC/CADS Outpatient & Prevention

Overview Shift: Full-Time; 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM + Some On-Call Weekends/Holidays as Needed for SupportJoin our team as the Manager of RYC/CADS Outpatient & Prevention!In this leadership role, you’ll oversee assigned outpatient and prevention programs, services, and staff while providing clinical and operational leadership. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient flow, quality and safety initiatives, staff development, and overall program success.This position will have office space in both Davenport and Rock Island, with regular responsibilities across Davenport, Rock Island, and Moline and occasional travel to Muscatine and Clinton as needed.The Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, effective program operations, and compliance with state licensure, accreditation, certification, grant, and contractual requirements. Responsibilities Provides direct and indirect supervision to staff within assigned programs and departments.Provides or assigns appropriate clinical supervision in accordance with Illinois and Iowa requirements and applicable credentials.Leads compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, accreditation standards, agency policies, grants, and contractual requirements.Assists with the planning, development, implementation, and supervision of assigned programs and services.Maintains high standards of clinical care through ongoing assessment, staff supervision, and quality improvement activities.Manages staffing needs, budget targets, staffing matrices, resource utilization, and revenue generation for assigned programs.Identifies and implements opportunities to improve patient flow, work processes, safety, quality, satisfaction, and overall program performance.Interviews, hires, coaches, develops, and supports staff while promoting training, continuing education, and professional growth. Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required.Master’s degree in Human Services preferred.Experience:Supervisory experience and experience in the substance use field required.Experience tracking data, preparing reports, or an equivalent combination of training and experience required.Collaborative experience working with nursing departments, corrections, and judicial teams preferred.Budgeting, benchmarking, and demonstrated quality improvement experience preferred.License(s)/Certification(s):Must obtain Counselor Certification through the State of Iowa or Illinois, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within two years of employment in the state where working.*Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
