The Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building. Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others. Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting. Physicality: This is a "heavy lifting" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred. Schedule & Compensation Hours: Average of 15‑20 hours per week The Shift: We are looking for daytime availability, shifts ranging between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Monday availability is a requirement for the role. Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays ranging anytime between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage. This is a year‑round position, NOT a seasonal role.
