Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy sessions in a facility setting. Adapt treatment to each patient’s goals and progress. Collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care as needed. Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent. Salary USD $42.00 - $45.00 /hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
