Occupational Therapist Position

Your work day will offer up to seven productive hours, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, all within a balanced schedule.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license
• Current certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and educational staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students' motor skills and sensory needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students' academic and functional success
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Document therapy sessions and track student progress according to district and legal requirements
• Attend relevant meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes as needed
• Provide direct therapy services and consultative support within inclusive and specialized educational environments
