Construction Manager

Job Description Hands‑on construction leader responsible for managing utility‑scale solar project construction, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Key Details Start: As soon as possible Rate: Budgeted at $140K; flexible for the right candidate Location: Must be able to work at project site in Alamogordo, NM. Selected individual will start in the Houston office then travel to the site. Company truck provided for on‑site work. U.S. work experience required. Utility‑scale solar experience required. 5+ years of hands‑on construction leadership with electrical background preferred. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Experience: 5+ years in Construction Management, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering on Solar PV or BESS projects. Training: OSHA 30 required; OSHA 10 acceptable for onboarding. NCCER, PMP, or relevant certification preferred. Skills: Microsoft Office, MS Project, P6, AutoCAD, Bluebeam; experience with Procore, BIM 360, SAP, or similar EPC digital tools preferred. Valid U.S. Driver’s License. Available to travel and temporarily relocate to project sites as needed. Other Requirements Legal U.S. work experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
