About the Role:

Join AMC WHOLESALE INC. as a Sales Support Associate and be a vital part of our dynamic team in Hialeah, FL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in a commercial restaurant equipment wholesale environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist new and existing customers in providing prices and availability on our company products.
Process orders, delivery receipts, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Resolve customer inquiries.
Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
Coordinate the flow of outgoing orders with the warehouse personnel.

Requirements:

High school diploma.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Basic computer skills.
