PrideStaff is hiring a dedicated, safety-minded team player to manage material handling, inventory flow, and warehouse organization.Forklift Operator - Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate forklifts to navigate the facility and move materials between departments.Prepare, stage, stretch-wrap, and label outbound shipments to match paperwork.Load and unload trailers, verifying item counts and ensuring incoming/outgoing cargo is damage-free.Maintain paperwork accuracy and deliver documents to designated departments.Distribute production supplies (boxes, tape, bags) and handle waste/recycling removal throughout the plant.Maintain clean, organized work areas using 6S Lean standards and product quality certification requirements.Forklift Operator - Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience operating various fork trucks and material handling equipment.Strong commitment to safety regulations, team orientation, and adaptability to change.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, stand/walk throughout shift, and navigate production environments.Close attention to detail for verifying shipments and maintaining quality standards.Forklift Operator - Why Apply through PrideStaff?PrideStaff connects skilled professionals with leading companies nationwide.
