Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - Congregate Care (Remote)

Elevance Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the CareBridge program in Wichita, Kansas, to provide primary and urgent health care, develop clinical plans, and educate patients. This role is mostly virtual, with occasional in-person training, offering flexibility and autonomy. Qualified candidates must have an MS in Nursing, active NP certification, and a valid nurse practitioner license across various states.
