Schneider is seeking an Operations Support Representative in Green Bay to provide excellent customer service to both Schneider drivers and customers during non-traditional business hours. The Operations Support Representative will answer calls, track orders and solve driver- and customer-related problems that arise. Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert for drivers and customers, solving problems to prevent customer delays, providing updates to first shift associates on issues that occurred during non-business hours, maintaining strong working relationships with customers, drivers and team members, and using a wide range of technology to accurately and efficiently complete work.

Skills and qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work non-traditional business hours. Non-exempt U.S. office associates working a minimum of 4 continuous hours between the hours of 4pm 5am local time, receive a $1.25 per hour differential for hours worked or $2.00 per hour for weekend hours (weekend hours worked between 9pm Friday 5am Monday).
