About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Care Coordination and Care Management. This executive will be responsible for providing enterprise-level leadership and operational direction to ensure that members receive integrated, effective, and compliant care services that improve health outcomes. The role involves establishing strategic priorities, harmonizing care strategies, and forecasting care trends to meet regulatory and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will also be accountable for optimizing performance across various care management functions and will be expected to lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and performance. Candidates for the Vice President position must have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in a managed care setting, with a strong background in multidisciplinary team collaboration and proficiency in care management and behavioral health. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's or Doctorate strongly preferred. The role demands a leader with a comprehensive understanding of care coordination and management requirements, experience in implementing innovative tools such as AI, and a proven track record in organizational design and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and influence at all levels. A valid California Driver's license and relevant professional certifications are also necessary.
