Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
- Perform retail math calculations to assist customers with pricing inquiries and transactions.
- Communicate product knowledge confidently to customers, answering any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Tire and Wheels Sales: 2 years (Required)
- English
- Spanish a plus
- Strong phone etiquette skills to manage customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers.
- Familiarity with upselling strategies and techniques is a plus.
- Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions accurately
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends as needed.
- Agent and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers!
