Job Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant supply chain or materials experience Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally Excellent computer skills; experience with QAD MFG/PRO a strong plus Consistent reliability and attendance (98%+ expected for this role) A track record of meeting quality and performance expectations Awareness, Unity, Empowerment At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
