Scriptmed Rehab and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, depending on experience. In addition, new hires will receive a one-time $3,000 HIRE-ON BONUS .

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies. \n
- Complete required clinical documentation efficiently and in alignment with regulatory standards to uphold compliance and quality of care. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools to ensure clients receive appropriate and effective interventions. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes. \n
- Serve as an active participant in licensing and accreditation activities to maintain the integrity of our services. \n
- Establish and maintain communications with various service systems and community partners to ensure comprehensive support for clients. \n
- Develop relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote our programs and pursue potential partnerships or funding opportunities. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings to stay updated on best practices in mental health care. \n
- Promote our agency’s mission, values, and principles within the community to raise awareness and support for mental health initiatives. \n
- Fulfill additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall organizational goals. \n
The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population, including individuals seeking support for emotional distress, substance use, and behavioral challenges. Our clients may present with various complex needs requiring a specialized and empathetic approach to treatment that emphasizes recovery and personal growth.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required to ensure the highest level of care. \n
- All candidates must possess a valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state board. \n
- Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and preparing detailed reports is essential. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment. \n
- Effective communication skills to articulate treatment plans and engage with clients and their families. \n
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities based on professional experience and knowledge. \n
