- # Change Management LeadApply: US - VA, Springfield: Full time: Posted 4 Days Ago: 43171**Job Family:**Management Consulting**Travel Required:**None**Clearance Required:**Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI)**What You Will Do:*** Lead and oversee the delivery of organizational change management (OCM) engagements, developing strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and sustained business outcomes across complex transformation initiatives.* Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and program leaders, facilitating discussions, navigating organizational resistance, and guiding leadership teams through periods of significant change.* Design and implement integrated change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, adoption measurement, and reinforcement planning.* Manage and develop consulting teams by providing coaching, mentorship, quality oversight, and career development support while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client service excellence.**What You Will Need:*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED \"TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)\" Federal or DoD security clearance.
