The Carpet Cleaning Technician will independently provide expert cleaning services for a variety of carpet types in both residential and commercial settings. Working either solo or within a small team, the technician ensures high-quality results using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment. This role involves moderate customer interaction and requires local travel to multiple client locations to meet service commitments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough carpet cleaning for residential, commercial, and specialty/antique carpets
• Utilize appropriate techniques and equipment to achieve optimal cleaning results
• Apply stain removal methods to address various carpet blemishes
• Maintain timely travel and service delivery at local customer sites
• Maintain cleaning equipment and vehicles in good working condition
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during client interactions
• Manage time effectively to complete assignments efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in carpet cleaning
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment use
