Senior Data Center Cost Manager

Oracle is seeking a Senior Data Center Cost Manager to support cost estimating, commercial analysis, forecasting, and project controls across complex capital projects and strategic initiatives. This role serves as Oracle’s internal cost authority and owner representative for estimating, cost governance, commercial validation, and third-party Quantity Surveying oversight. The successful candidate will translate project scope, design maturity, market conditions, contractor pricing, and field execution realities into accurate estimates, cost models, forecasts, risk assessments, and executive decision support.
