What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal patient care in a Level III Neonatal Critical Care Unit (NICU)
• Monitor and manage ventilators, central lines, IV drips, and high-alert medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic medical records
• Support families and provide education on neonatal care needs

What You Need

• Valid RN license to practice in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years NICU experience and Epic system proficiency
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE
• Experience with ventilators, central lines, IV drips, and high-alert medication administration
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
