Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Partner directly with hiring managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs Own Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy for assigned portfolios and industries Provide pipeline health, candidate communication, and performance updates Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices Source, network, and advertise for active and passive hiring through multiple channels Prepare and analyze statistical reports and applicant-flow data for compliance and organizational goals Coach managers on candidate attraction, selection, onboarding, compensation, and management practices Develop and execute targeted sourcing and screening strategies with senior leaders Develop job descriptions and interview questions Determine online recruiting strategies Measure recruitment, selection, and placement effectiveness using relevant metrics Recruit and interview candidates for high-level positions and build passive-candidate networks Mentor and coach other team members as needed Travel to support recruiting events as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university with 3-5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience hiring multiple roles across departments and organizations Ability to present active and passive talent to senior leadership and executives Experience in GTM Recruiting, Sales, Technical, and Marketing recruiting Strategic and adaptable approach to owning portfolios across fields May be required to have a valid driver’s license Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing recruiting strategies, mentoring management on best practices, and analyzing recruitment metrics to meet organizational goals. Proficient in sourcing and attracting talent across various roles and industries while ensuring compliance and effective candidate management.
