Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $49.00/hour plus $11 paid Federal Holidays (blended rate of $50.96/hr) and $5.42/hour toward health and wellness benefits, totaling approximately $56.38/hr

What You'll Do

• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
• Perform physical exams and health histories
• Provide health education, counseling, and health promotion
• Administer medications, wound care, and personalized interventions
• Supervise and direct care provided by other healthcare team members
• Make patient care assignments based on scope of practice and skill level
• Recognize adverse signs and respond swiftly in emergency situations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Make referrals and arrange specialty care as needed
• Support research initiatives to improve patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (NLNAC or CCNE accredited program)
• Active, unrestricted RN license in Virginia
• Minimum 1 year recent RN experience
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification
• Ability to pass a government background/security check

Preferred:

• Experience in emergency or acute care settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
