Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency and to be BC within 1 year of employment) in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
MD or DO
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa - REQUIRED
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exception, required at presentation
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice
Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply)
Board Certified
